LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR FLAT RATE PRICING

What is FLAT RATE PRICING? It is a pricing structure well known and practiced in the UK for decades, that makes it easier than ever to know what to BOOK and what it will COST. It means,

NO TIPS. NO FEES. NO NICKLE & DIME ADD ON COSTS. EVER.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Professional flat rates, allow us to customize service times for each guest and their needs with clear cost for the guest. Why is this important? Because our craft is variable, and a one size fits all service time and cost won’t produce the same look on two different guests. Each guest has a unique canvas and will need a unique sequence of services to get to their goal. By customizing each reservation, we ensure the artist will have the correct amount of time needed to achieve that goal with the upmost quality and care people have come to know from TBM.

At TBM we have many levels of experienced artists with our Beaux & Bridges Career Training Program. Each artist provides pricing based on their professional experience in their field with their provided services and specialties. Less experienced artists have lower hourly rates while completing their hands on training under the wing of an advanced or master artist. Less experienced artists may require longer service times while more advanced artists, have higher rates but also the added value of speed and knowledge.

Why no TIP? As professionals with a distinct scope of practice, we provide our guests with the value of our knowledge, expertise and artistry that has taken years of education, dedication, and investment to perfect. Our time and knowledge are a valuable collection, and our flat rates reflect that value so tipping becomes unnecessary. Our guests can relax and enjoy their service, one on one with their artist knowing their cost upfront and skipping the stress and pressure of “tip etiquette” at check out.

LASH EXTENSION Frequently asked questions

HOW LONG DO LASH EXTENSIONS LAST?

Most eyelash extension adhesives have a bond time of anywhere from 4-8 weeks.  However, they will only last as long as your natural lash does.  Like all hair on the human body, your eyelashes grow in stages.  It is normal to lose 1-4 natural lashes per day which is why a fill is recommended every 2-3 weeks.  To read more on the growth stages of eyelashes check out:

DO LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?

When applied correctly, eyelash extensions do not damage your natural lash.  Our certified lash artists will apply using a one-to-one technique. During your consultation, your lash artist will discuss with you the appropriate weight and length of extension for you to ensure the integrity of your natural lash. Eyelash extensions can be damaging if your lash artist is not using proper techniques for your lash type or use lashes that are too heavy, for your lash to support.

CAN I WEAR MASCARA WITH LASH EXTENSIONS?

Yes, you can! However, it is recommended to use an oil free mascara that is extension safe so the mascara does not interfere with the bond of the eyelash extension adhesive or cause early separation.

CAN I WEAR eye makup WITH LASH EXTENSIONS?

You most definitely can wear make-up with your eyelash extensions.  When selecting makeup, it is beneficial to go with extension safe make-up.  Extension safe makeup is oil free, usually contains sealers to prolong extension life and helps to work adjacent with your extensions for an optimal look.  If you use regular make-up, it is recommended to use a daily cleanser with make-up remover that is safe for your lashes to remove residue at the end of the day.

DO LASH EXTENSIONS HURT?

Eyelash extensions should not hurt when applied correctly.  They are applied with professional tools by isolating one lash and adhering one extension to your natural lash for classic lashes or fans for volume lashes. we use moisturizing under eye gel pads to prevent discomfort and aid during application.  It is important to go to a trusted Lash Artist who was certified through a reputable course as this will ensure that they are applying the correct weight and length of lashes to your natural lash. Our lash artists at TBM are certified with DULCE lash.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASH EXTENSIONS?

Aftercare is so important! It prolongs the life and look of your extensions and protects your natural lashes.  While extensions are fairly maintenance free, they will require the below attention.

WHAT TO DO!

1) Do not get them wet or steamed for 24 hours after your appointment! This includes sweat, doing things like hot yoga, spray tans, saunas etc.

2) Brush your lashes often with your complimentary mascara wand. This will keep them neat as well.

3) Use only oil-free face products and make up removers.  This includes creamy oil-based make-up, waxy eyeliners, anti-aging creams, serums, coconut oil etc. Even if you are not applying them to the eye area, they could transfer to your pillowcase, arm, etc. There are a ton of oil free products that are extension safe.

4) NEVER use waterproof mascara, no mascara ever is even better.  This can break the bond of your extension or cause them to clump and be difficult to remove. While most extensions will eliminate the need or want for mascara if you need a little extra, apply it to the tips only, and it must be water based and not waterproof. I can order you an extension safe mascara.

5) NEVER use an eyelash curler or pull or pick any extensions off.  Rubbing your eyes can transfer bacteria and oils from your hands not only damaging the extension and natural lash, but it can also introduce bacteria into your eye! Rubbing and pulling can cause the natural lash to fall out and may not grow back.

6) Try to avoid sleeping on your face if this is impossible use a silk pillowcase.

7) Cleanse your lashes daily. We offer DULCE lash & eye cleanser that is $30 and will last forever…

8) Avoid BBQ flames and bon fire flames, they can singe the ends of the extensions. Extreme steam can make them fall off prematurely.

9) Book a fill for every 2-3 weeks.
